Senior UX Engineer (Design + Product Craft)

We’re hiring an exceptional Senior UX Engineer who can design and ship high-trust enterprise workflows.

This is the highest-leverage role in the company right now. You’ll own interaction design for complex, high-volume finance work where users need confidence, not novelty.

You should be great at

• Designing complex workflow UX (tables, grids, bulk actions, filters, exception queues)
• Building evidence drill-down patterns (audit trails, proof chains, review and approval flows)
• Shipping production-grade frontend with high craft and performance
• Creating systems, not one-off screens (design systems, reusable primitives)
• Turning ambiguity into crisp workflows that real finance teams can operate
