Regulatory Transparency

Nini follows a strict rule: we do not claim registrations, certifications, or approvals until they are granted and formally issued.

Where regulatory registrations, filings, or assurance programs are relevant, status details and supporting documentation may be provided to qualified parties under NDA when appropriate.

Third-Party Rails and Execution Responsibility

Where Customer enables money movement or payment execution through connected financial institutions and service providers, those providers operate under their own regulated frameworks and terms.

Nini provides control, evidence, and reconciliation tooling. Execution and settlement obligations remain with the connected financial institution under its regulated framework and Customer’s agreements with those providers.
